  • Provide clear images of the defective or incorrect item for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
  • Items returned without proper packaging or missing accessories.

4. Return Approval & Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you must place a new order.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
